  This store is a great place to buy a mattress! The staff is knowledgeable and patient, they have great sales, and they have options for free financing. We got a great deal on a queen size Simmons Beautyrest mattress, 2 memory foam pillows, and a mattress protector for around $1000. I am particularly thankful to sales associate Eric Horn at the Riverbank Mattress Firm for helping me find the perfect mattress and pillows for my father. Eric went above and beyond while helping us decide on a mattress, and he gave us a free boxspring and 0% interest financing for 2 years! Eric is the best and I will definitely return to him for all of my future mattress purchases!

  I bought a queen bed from Sleep Train ( now Mattres Firm ) for 1900.00 1 year ago, then went back and bought 2 new twin beds for my kids. I have followed the store and manufactures recommendation of turning the mattress q 1-2months. As I was turning the mattress a few months ago the material at the handle on the mattress came apart. The store said it had a 10 yr warranty. So I called mattress firms warranty office, they sent their person out. He took pictures of the ripped material at the handle and made his report. Received a letter from Mattress firm within 2 weeks denying my claim, stating their " not responsible for the tear in material. " Well then, who is? They built the product, sold the product for alot of money, then state they are not responsible for their product. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!. DON'T BUY FROM MATTRESS FIRM. YOU ARE THROWING YOUR MONEY ANY.
